Robin Hardman gets things done!

Robin is known for making tough decisions, identifying solutions and instilling knowledge and self-confidence in the people she works with. Robin is able to distill information and cut to the heart of a problem. Then the innovator in her completes the task by making the necessary changes. Picture Leadership is an important part of Robin’s success. Starting at a very young age, Robin has received numerous leadership and achievement awards from the athletic, educational, volunteer and business communities. She’s often guided technical, client and executive teams to achieve above standard levels of performance in record time. During her corporate career in Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Business Integration and Project Management, Robin’s employers consistently chose her to “fix” things, including failed projects, dysfunctional departments, and production problems. With SoulSalt (Canada) Inc. she’s now directing her years of leadership, facilitation, problem solving, training and team building towards helping other leaders achieve their own excellence. Robin’s energy and enthusiasm has allowed her to have fun as she’s achieved the corporate milestones. She’s had the opportunity to work and live internationally, experiencing the food, wine and culture of several countries. She’s also been the spokesperson for national advertising campaigns for two of her previous employers. Robin has a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and an MBA from William Howard Taft University. She received her coach training through Legacy Learning (formerly Franklin Covey) and her executive coach certification through Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coaching.
